Excellent service from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend D & M Motors in Hoylake highly enough. Adam, the mechanic, was absolutely fantastic. He replaced my clutch and also sorted out the steering tracking, going above and beyond what I could have asked for. Everything was carried out with such a polite, friendly and professional manner, which made the whole experience a pleasure. It’s so reassuring to find a garage where you feel genuinely looked after and know your car is in good hands. A huge thank you to Adam for his excellent work and outstanding customer service. Booking was easy online and they dealt with me on the phone promptly when I needed to change the nature of the booking. The communication was excellent - and I even got an automated text message when the car was ready for pickup. The price was also great. D & M Motors in West Kirby gave my recently purchased car an inspection because I wanted a second opinion to make sure any issues were picked up early. Turned out the car was as clean as a whistle but I feel it was money well spent to get an experienced, friendly mechanic's appraisal. Will be back for service and MOT as they are super handy for me in West Kirby.

Easy to book on line, straight forward drop off at 8.30 for my ancient cars MOT, followed up by a text later that day saying it was ready to collect. Polite pleasant mechanic booked me out, advised only two bulbs needed replacing (at very reasonable cost) & my certificate was waiting for me in the car parked on the front. Excellent service.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. Noticed a nail in tyre that I had missed. Their computer systems need refining. Instead of a notification that my car was ready, I received a text telling me that the car was due in that day. Also, two days after the MOT, I received a reminder from D & M that the MOT was due!
