Air conditioning regas (R1234yf Gas)

Cars manufactured from 2017 onwards will use the new HFO-1234yf Air Con gas when recharging their air conditioning systems. Also, some manufacturer's models built from 2013 onwards may use the new Air Con Re-Gas. This will only be new designs introduced since 2013.

Most car air conditioning systems need to be re-gassed every 2 years. Car air conditioning can lose up to 10% of it's gas over the course of a year. If there are any cracks or leaks in the car air con system this can be considerably more. By having your car air con re-gassed you will be able to rely on its benefits - like keeping you cool in the Summer and keeping you warm and de-misting your windows in the Winter.
